Grandma Rose: 96 trips around the block

Grandma Rose celebrated her 96th birthday Saturday with a single-candle cake and an all-you-can eat lunch at the Super Buffet. This year's birthday suit was a royal purple outfit with matching pumps and tiara. Topics of discussion included the flavor of the green hard-packed ice cream on the dessert line (mint?, pre-St. Patty's day vanilla? green tea?) and the name for a chicken part with which some were not previously familiar (pope's nose).
